Olympus OM Zuiko 24mm f/2.8

The little Olympus OM Zuiko 24mm f/2.8 is a lightweight wonder weighing in at only 185 grams. When I use it on my 1Ds2 Full Frame DSLR I hardly know that it´s there but I have been very pleased with the results. It´s easy to focus (being a manual focus lens) and you can focus as close as 25cm. I bought a slightly better OM to EOS adapter that fits very well and there is no additional movement between the camera body and the lens. I have just put it back on the 1Ds2 and will leave it on for most of the summer to see what happens. Here are a selection of photos from Lanzarote on the coast that I took during the year. At f/2.8 the Depth of field (DOF) is great to have as it will give a different look to a photo rather than have every thing in focus. A good example of this is the photo with the rope in the evening light. Anyway, here are the photos:)
