Visiting the archives………..Kuala Lumpur

The other day I was looking at some older photos on one of my external hard drives when I came across a number of photos taken a few years ago in Kuala Lumpur. All of these photos were taken with the compact travel camera, the Panasonic Lumix LX3 which I have been taking out now and again recently. The other camera I had on the trip was the Canon 1Ds 2 which was very heavy to carry around however the image quality made up for it. The little LX3 came in very handy though and I was pleased with many of the final images:)

Of course these days there are many advanced compact cameras which have great features but the Lx3 is still a very capable and handy camera to have with you. The small size allows you to carry it around all the time and prints look good at A3. Even after many years I still have it and enjoy taking a few photos with it, especially close-ups with its 1cm macro focus distance:)
